Have you tried anything and everything to prevent blisters from running? There appears to be a cheap trick against blisters.
The secret? Stick paper tape on your feet. Tape off the blister-prone areas with the tape and there is a greater chance that you will reach the finish line without blisters.
Scientifically based
It is an easy and cheap solution, which is even substantiated by a small scientific study from Stanford University. They conducted research with tape on the feet of 128 runners who covered 250 kilometers in seven days.
