Doing exercises together is good for motivation. For example, former K1 champion Remy Bonjasky says that he trains with his partner Renate. “In this way we can continue to push and encourage each other to get the best out of ourselves. There are always times when one person is less motivated than the other. At moments like this it's extra nice to have a buddy."
We start the workout with a favorite of many; planks! With this exercise you train almost your entire body if you do it right. It is important that a straight plank position is maintained directly opposite each other. Keep your elbow well under your shoulders throughout the plank. Let your abs, glutes, and hamstrings do the work. And now the fun part of the exercise:give each other a high-five during the plank. Do this 15 times in a row.
