You will need:
- 1 puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
- Cot cheese
- Turmeric
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Carrots
- Honey
- Olive oil

- Roll out a disk of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry.
- Dress some cottage cheese with turmeric, garlic, pepper and salt.
- Cook your carrots in water for 15 minutes, drain, cut in half, arrange on the pie.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
- Remove from the oven and glaze the pie with honey and olive oil.
- Bake another 10 minutes.
- Taste warm, with a homemade pistou.
