  • 300g whipping cream
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 40g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 egg yolks

Steps for preparing Christophe Michalak's raspberry clafoutis

  1. Butter and flour the mold of your choice.
  2. Put 4 punnets of raspberries.
  3. Which whisk together the whipping cream, mascarpone, brown sugar, flour, eggs.
  4. Pour everything into the mold, over the raspberries, bake for about 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
