We take paracetamol, which is a painkiller (Doliprane, Efferalgan…). If this does not pass, you can alternate with aspirin or, in case of intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid (the active substance of aspirin), with ibuprofen (Advil, Nurofen, etc.). If the headache persists, we switch to codeine paracetamol, stronger, but which can make us sleep a little. And we never exceed 3 g of paracetamol per day. A good tip too:the cold compress (an ice cube in a glove) or peppermint essential oil on the temples to reduce the migraine.
Ibuprofen, combined with an antispasmodic (Spasfon), and it will no longer appear! You can also stick a hot water bottle on the can. Above all, we do not take aspirin, which thins the blood and increases the volume of bleeding.
Often a sign of an infection, toothache is relieved with ibuprofen, a painkiller and anti-inflammatory. You can add an antiseptic mouthwash and a few drops of clove essential oil, a powerful painkiller:apply it locally with a cotton swab 2 to 3 times a day. And off we go to the dentist!
To relieve the hangover, on the lead helmet side, we forget the aspirin, acid, so terrible for the stomach. In the same way, we avoid paracetamol, which can have a bad influence on a tired liver. We take ibuprofen.
Never mix aspirin and ibuprofen. And, if you are pregnant, you only swallow paracetamol, which has no contraindications.
