The iLumens department of Paris-Descartes University makes these robot mannequins available to future health professionals and gynecologists according to Ouest France. These allow you to learn how to practice the right gestures during childbirth but also to avoid accidents afterwards.
Not only plastic dummies, but real machines, larger than life that are able to talk, answer questions and … blink their eyes. These robots, capable of simulating -almost perfectly- childbirth, can even be in respiratory distress!
