Walking
The most accessible form of exercise during the lunch break is a brisk walk. The combination of exercise and fresh air will do you good.

Jump ropes
Put a skipping rope in the office. It is not for nothing that many top athletes also do skipping ropes, it is very good for your body and can be done at the office.

Yoga or Pilates
Sitting in front of the computer all day can make you a little stiff. Stretching your body through some yoga or Pilates exercises is good for your body and relaxation.

Slightly more intensive
More and more people opt for a short intensive cardio workout or a run during their lunch break.
