There can be a big difference between different gyms. There are low-budget gyms where you get almost no guidance or luxury gyms with all the trimmings. There are also virtual classes in more and more gyms. Switch gyms and discover whether a different form suits you better.
Bring a friend
Working out together is more fun. It could just be that this makes you feel like exercising again.
Stop it
Do you really no longer enjoy it? Then unsubscribe. Now that spring has sprung, it is extra nice to exercise outside. Running, hooping, cycling or walking:there are plenty of options.
