The squat is easy, you can do it anywhere and it is one of the best exercises for beautiful buttocks.
A squat is a deep knee bend. While performing a squat, there are a number of points to pay attention to:
- Put your heels directly under your shoulders. Your toes should point slightly outward.
– Slowly lower yourself as if you were sitting on a chair. - Make sure your knees don't go past your toes. You can put your buttocks backwards.
