Good exercise for your hamstrings

Do you suffer from hamstrings quickly? You can do this exercise to strengthen them.

Every year, 80,000 amateur football players suffer a hamstring injury. For that reason, UMC and the KNVB have developed a new exercise for the hamstrings.

Effective exercise
600 football players were divided into two groups. One group included the exercise below in the training, the other group followed the regular program. There were 18 hamstring injuries in the regular group. In the group that did the new exercise, there were only 6 hamstring injuries.
