Go for a shorter workout. Such a short training can be very intensive. For example, do interval training.
Schedule it
When you are busy, even an hour of training can easily be lost. Don't let it happen, just consciously plan an hour off.
Pack your bag handy
Put on top what you need first, put your toiletries in a separate bag. This way you lose as little time as possible looking for things.

Wear comfortable clothes so that changing is easy. You can already put on your sportswear at home and bring your clean clothes with you.
