After exercising you should feel that you have trained. But do you notice the difference between 'normal' pain and serious pain?
Good pain
There is nothing wrong with feeling tired. A little bit of muscle soreness the next day? That's okay too. It can provide an extra feeling of satisfaction.
Stay alert
Pain is a signal from your body and that signal is not given for nothing. Pain is there to be taken seriously. In case of burning pain or pain in your joints, it is best to stop immediately.
More pain
Do you often have pain in the same joint or muscle? Then you have to be very careful. You don't want to get a (chronic) injury.
