Wear an outfit that makes you feel good and, last but not least:make sure your clothes are comfortable and that you can move freely in them. Wear your hair out of your face.
4. Watch your technique
It's not about how many times you repeat an exercise. How you perform the exercise is much more important. By using the right technique, you will achieve the desired effect faster.
5. Think about how you will feel afterwards
Of course you can work out tomorrow, but sometimes it's better to push yourself to go today. You always feel better after exercising than before. There is no good reason not to go.
