Not visible, but hard as steel
Even if you don't have visible abs, you can still have a rock-hard blocky belly that's very functional. Strong abs can be there, even if they are hidden under a layer of fat. Once your abs get stronger because you train them, you will notice this in everything you do. Your body will become stronger, your posture will improve and back pain can be reduced.
