'1. Watch your food
– Eat 3 good meals a day with an occasional snack (for example fruit)
– It doesn't mean that you can't eat anything anymore, but choose consciously. For example, if you go to a birthday:do you take some snacks from the table OR a piece of cake?
2. Move between your daily activities
Do squats in between, for example, good for your buttocks!
3. Take the bike more often for short distances
This creates more movement.'
