Marianne:
1. Climbing stairs is a great activity to keep fit. I myself do, for example, fourteen floors when I have little time. Eight times I dribble up the stairs and take the elevator down in between.
2. You can perfectly train your abs in the car on the road:ten seconds tense and relax for five seconds, and so on.
3. With alcoholic drinks it is useful to drink enough water. Then the body can break down the alcohol more easily and it is good against a hangover if you make it through a night.'
