Marianne: 'Adults should exercise 45 minutes a day at least five days a week. For children that is 60 minutes. It does not necessarily have to be an intensive sport, cycling to school or to the shops also counts as exercise.
Time too short?
It all depends on how you organize your time… In the shower you could, for example, do exercises:3×10 squat exercises. Or you can do a few push-ups in front of the TV. Time is always there!'
