Marianne: 'Walking with the dog is a pleasant activity. You can make the walk a little more sporty.
Don't just walk the dog, but alternate walking and running:one minute of running and then another minute of walking. This way you can alternate and build up your condition.
Starts with ten minutes. You can build it up every time you walk the dog. You can also alternate between running for two minutes and then walking for one minute. If you add up your active minutes you can run more and longer.'
