The first pool exercise is to swim or tread water as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Then float on your back for 30 seconds and repeat this exercise a few times.
You are lighter in the water, making a difficult exercise, such as the push-up, a lot easier to perform.
Jumping over the waves is good pool exercise. Fun and being active is the perfect combination. Try to make variations by also jumping backwards or sideways or crossing your legs during the jump. Just like before.

Training your abs in the pool is very easy. By walking through the water, you already train your abs. Another exercise:Stand with your back against the edge of the pool and put your elbows on the side. Lift your straight legs so that they are parallel to the surface of the water. Pull your legs towards your chest and extend them out again. You can also pull your legs to the left and right to train your obliques.
