This exercise is good for your fitness. While performing, make sure that the power comes only from your legs. Do you power from your lower back? Then you run the risk of a back injury.

Too light weights

Are you afraid of turning into a bodybuilder or would you rather be lazy than tired? It is common for women to use weights that are too light. Dare to go the extra mile and challenge yourself! Test:If you can lift the weight more than ten times in a row, it is too light. Then try one or two extra kilos!

Jogging too slow

Whether you're running on the treadmill or in the park, a gentle trot won't help you lose weight or build muscle. You may feel fitter, but nothing much happens to your body. Try to increase the tempo and do an interval training!

Incorrect device settings

It's tempting to plop down on a fitness machine and set the weight just too low. Your body gets used to a certain weight, so that little or no effect takes place. Moreover, because of the easy movement you have a faster chance of injuries. Increase the number of kilos until you can just handle the exercise. Make sure that you complete the movement completely. Sweat it!
