INGREDIENTS

  • 150g flour
  • 450 ml of milk
  • The juice of a lime and some grated zest
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • A little powdered sugar or caramel for decoration

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • In a bowl, pour the 4 eggs. Add the sugar. Stir vigorously with a whisk.
  • Using a sieve placed over the container, add the flour in small quantities, mixing between each operation.
  • Add some lime zest.
  • Add the lime juice. Mix.
  • Add the milk and mix again.
