Mint, pollen… the best ingredients to put in your smoothie

Pure vanilla

In any smoothie, sweet or savory, adding pure vanilla adds a sublime little taste. In addition to being delicious, it also has health benefits:it helps fight stress and regulate the menstrual cycle. So if your periods are irregular, this is an opportunity to combine business with pleasure!

Ginger

In addition to bringing its special warming taste, ginger increases the absorption of essential nutrients, which makes it an ingredient of choice to throw in your blender! It also speeds up metabolism and helps reduce bloating.

Cayenne pepper

When making yourself a green smoothie, feel free to add a pinch of cayenne pepper, which improves circulation, metabolism, and digestion.

Pollen

Putting bee pollen in your smoothie is adding health! This super healthy ingredient provides protein, provitamins A, vitamins B, C, D, E, and many minerals and trace elements (iron, calcium, zinc, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, silicon, copper, manganese, chlorine, sulphur…).

Cinnamon

It's the best way to add sweetness to your smoothie, but without the calories. Cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar levels. For example, if you are preparing a smoothie with a lot of spinach or cabbage, adding a little cinnamon will make it much tastier (use a little because its taste is strong).

Mint

Sweet or salty, adding mint gives a refreshing taste but above all brings a lot of welcome antioxidants!

Chia seeds

This is a "super food" to systematically incorporate into your smoothies. It contains very large amounts of omega-3, and it is a significant source of fiber, protein, calcium, iron and zinc! Its antioxidants notably prevent wrinkles caused by free radicals. In short, all good!
