Tip 1:Easy and fast cooking on holiday
Ralph Moorman:'On vacation it is easy to make one-pan dishes, so stir-fry. It is easiest to work with pre-cut vegetables. For example, choose legumes from a glass jar as a carbohydrate source. Canned food is less healthy. This is because the plastic layer on the inside contains the chemical Bisphenol A (BPA), which is released into the food. This substance can disrupt your hormone balance.'
Tip 2:Summer fruits
Raspberries contain a medicinal substance that is not found in such amounts in any other food. They stimulate blood circulation and promote muscle recovery after exercise.
Tip 3:Do the starfish
The starfish is a good warm-up. Stand in the sand with your arms and legs spread. Firmly pull your right knee toward your chest and simultaneously bring both arms toward your navel. Then do the same with the left. A good warm-up that strengthens the muscles in your legs, buttocks, arms and abdomen.
