It's dark early already. It is not the intention that our running lap is lost because of this. With these tips you can make running in the dark safer.
Provide good lighting
If you've ever encountered a runner while you were in the car, you know how poorly visible runners really are. Therefore wear lighting around your arm and reflective clothing.
Choose illuminated routes
That way others see you better. You can also see obstacles and potholes in the road better and maybe it makes you feel safer to run along illuminated routes.
Be alert
Pay attention to the traffic yourself. It's safest to run without music so you can hear other people and traffic coming.
Walk with someone else
Do you feel more vulnerable in the dark? Try to find someone who enjoys running with you. You can also join a running group.
