April 12 is the 35th marathon of Rotterdam. New Balance sponsors the event and has therefore designed a limited edition running shoe:Rotterdam Fresh Foam Zante.
Speed and comfort
Two elements you need when running a marathon are speed and comfort. The shoe is built on those foundations. The shoe is so elastic that it fits like a sock. The soles are super light, only 214 grams in size 43.
Characteristics of Rotterdam Rotterdam is written on the side, sole and laces of the shoe. The year is printed on the back. The sole consists of arches and bridges, inspired by architecture. At the same time, the sole is functional:the arches ensure that the soles provide extra support in the right places.
The new Fresh Foam Zante Rotterdam is available at 75 dealers in the Netherlands, for €129.95.
