Well .. I agree with the idea of going back to basics. But unfortunately the do-it-yourself vision really falls into the category of easier said than done…
Normal as a handhold?
Sure! Act normal is a nice quote to create peace, purity and regularity in the dark world of nutrition, diets and fanatics who live on superfoods and raw products. But making choices - no matter how normal they are - goes further than a preference, opinion and in this case a hype.
Make habits your own
It is ultimately about unlearning certain habits and learning new healthy patterns. However simple and simple the products are, that alone will not save you.
How far does normal go? In addition, it also goes beyond nutrition. How about training and relaxation? What is normal? Cycling to work and reading a book? I think you decide what works for you.
People in the Netherlands:Simplicity serves people, but normal does not exist.
