By eating mainly fruit, vegetables, whole grains, fibers and proteins, you will feel full for a long time and you will more easily leave unhealthy products. Don't forget the healthy fats, such as olive oil, avocado and salmon.
Drink plenty of water so that you stay hydrated, which leads to beautiful skin. By doing many exercises such as squats and lunges in which you train the large muscle groups, you will feel better about yourself after a few days. And if you're lucky, you'll also lose some inches and a pound or two.
