You might not expect it, but boxing is mindful. There is no room for to-do lists or worrying. You are completely in the moment. Because of this physical effort you inevitably also release something in yourself.
Two young women who also happen to be identical twin sisters decided to use their life experience and sporting spirit to teach people how to let go more. It is the conviction of the sisters Marjolein and Mirthe, that by going LOS you automatically release something and by adding mindfulness to boxing, you can also effectively let it go. The unique concept LOS arose from the idea that really standing still and connecting with yourself is the new development.
