You may have heard of the meditation app Headspace. In collaboration with Nike, there are now three 'guided runs' that are good for your body, but also give you peace of mind.
The coach's instructions combine technique and motivation. According to the founder of Headspace, this is ideal for an active upbeat meditation, where the distracting thoughts slowly disappear from your head. Is meditation normally not for you?
