Culinary aids with soy, almonds or rice, tofu, spelled flour... We don't always know how to best cook organic products. We take advantage of the Food Truck Bjorg tour, on the occasion of the 5th edition of the Bio-nutrition Workshops, to take a free cooking class with Laurence Salomon, chef and naturopath. In a small committee (10 people maximum) and in 1h30, we alternate preparation of recipes and nutritional advice.
