Make love not war, the new campaign of the association AIDES during the Euro

The association for the fight against AIDS AIDES took advantage of the organization of the Euro football tournament in France to carry out an advertising campaign in the colors of the countries that compete. “Colors of Love” of its name, brings together four photographs (taken by Éric Traoré) of four different couples (hetero and homosexual). Naked, the bodies are bodypainted in the colors of the flags:Belgium and Iceland, Romania and Portugal, Germany and Sweden as well as England and Russia are represented there. Some parts of the body are lighter and the paint is mixed as if to indicate that carnal intercourse has taken place.

Aurélien Beaucamp, president of the association explained to Le Parisien that:"This campaign photographed by Eric Traoré focuses on fraternity between peoples and the celebration of sexuality". A bit provocative, the campaign “invites European populations to take care of themselves and others”.

Although this new campaign is taking place during the Euro, Aurélien Beaucamp would like to remind you that screening and football should not be mixed up:"Obviously, some confuse sports competition and nationalist fever:this campaign, faithful to the offbeat and provocative spirit of AIDES, is the best way to respond to them". That is what is said! So, “mix together, protect each other” and above all “make love, not war”.
