Coffee, a beverage so appreciated at work, on the terrace or at home, sometimes becomes the essential energizer of our days. But if it has many benefits, it should not be abused. So we decided to look for alternatives to espresso and let's be reassured:it's not the only way to stay in shape all day, quite the contrary!
To start the day, we accompany the breakfast with fresh fruit such as orange, kiwi or grapefruit. They are rich in vitamin C and strengthen the immune system. In the morning, we resist colleagues who offer an Arabica by taking two clementines or a juice of ginger, lemon, honey rich in iron and vitamins. If we really want to accompany them to the coffee machine, we opt for a tea. Dried fruits (dried bananas, walnuts, dried apricots, almonds, etc.) are rich in vitamins, trace elements and antioxidants, so take a handful in case of a little slack. At noon, we try to decorate our meal with green vegetables which have appreciable nutritional qualities and we conclude the meal with a tea or herbal tea (preferably organic…). What if we relied on coffee to help us digest? We replace it:we place a few drops of peppermint essential oil on a handkerchief that we smell to facilitate digestion. And in the afternoon, even George Clooney will not make us flinch (although…), since we can replace the coffee with a few squares of chocolate!
So we try it this day without coffee?
