Once you have kids, it's harder to make time to exercise. Kimberley decided to do things differently.
Not to do Whenever Kimberley wanted to exercise at home, her three children would jump on and around her. In vain she tried to let the children play outside, it did not work. As soon as she wants to train, the children always seem to demand attention.
Time for a different approach
Kimberley decided to use her children in her training and use them as weights. During the plank they sit on her back, she lifts her children during abs exercises and drives the pram while walking like a wheelbarrow. That way Kimberley can still train and the kids seem to enjoy it
