How do you do the exercise?
1. Get on your hands and knees. Place your knees under your hips and your wrists under your shoulders.
2. Breathe in deeply. Arch your back, lift your head and buttocks slightly.
3. Exhale and arch your back. Tilt your pelvis slightly and keep your chin on your chest.
4. Repeat a few times.
