1. The days are getting longer
It is now really noticeable:the days are getting longer. It is wonderful to run outside as the sun sets. If you're more of a morning exerciser, the sunrise is just as nice. Exercising to get our bare legs in better shape can't hurt either. Before we know it, it will be spring.
2. No excuses
Were you originally planning to play sports tonight, but dropped the plan because you haven't seen the new House of Cards yet? Don't wonder whether or not you're going to exercise, just go. Make exercise a habit and it will be a lot easier to stick to it.
3. Beyoncé
Last week, Beyoncé gave us a peek at her workout regimen. Being comfortable in your own skin doesn't come naturally most of the time. Even Beyoncé makes time to exercise. Follow her lead.
