Not all of us have a personal trainer to push us. With these tips you get the best out of yourself.
1. Put sports in your calendar
Stop procrastinating. Put exercise on your calendar and treat it like any other appointment. You only cancel in case of emergency.
2. Change your habits
Don't flop home on the couch after work, but go exercise first. Or sleep in a little less on the weekend to start your day with exercise.
3. Choose a training that you can do anywhere
When a training requires little preparation and you do not need complicated attributes, you can train more easily and more often. Skipping ropes, hoops or the Pilates classes from Blogilates are great options for exercising at home.
4. Do something you like
You don't need much for running, but if you don't like it, you won't last. Discover which sport suits you and from which you get satisfaction.
5. Something is better than nothing
You may not have an hour off, but half an hour of exercise is better than nothing. Don't be too complacent.
6. Exercise with someone
A workout buddy is a good stick behind the door for many people.
7. Be strict with yourself
Not all of us have a personal trainer to motivate and keep us on track. That's why we have to be strict ourselves:don't allow yourself to just cancel a training session and get the best out of yourself during every training session. If you're going to exercise, do it right! Then you can hang out on the terrace tomorrow evening.
