That beach body? You've had that for a long time, of course. The most important thing is that you feel good about yourself and that you feel fit. With this weekly plan you can improve your fitness a bit.
For a week you will work on a healthy lifestyle for more energy and a fit(ter) body. You train every day in combination with a nutrition schedule. The workouts last about twenty minutes every day, with a long training session on Sunday. You can of course exercise longer. Then repeat the exercises, but:do not exaggerate and avoid overloading. Therefore, exercise for a maximum of 45 minutes at a time.
The diet plan contains about 1500 to 1800 calories per day, which consist of the daily required amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. This way you get all the nutrients, you have enough energy and your muscles can recover from the workouts. Always keep your personal needs in mind. Are you hungry or feel like you're eating too much? Then make the portions slightly larger or smaller or have a healthy snack more or less.
