We're almost halfway through the stair challenge and it's getting tougher. We regularly remind ourselves of these 3 reasons to take the stairs more often.
1. It's sports There is a good reason why there is a device in the gym that you can use to 'climb stairs'. Take the real stairs more often and you no longer need the equipment in the gym.
2. It is sometimes faster than the elevator
You could have walked a long way before the elevator reached your floor.
3. Every little bit helps
