Lemon cake by Cyril Lignac:an easy-to-make and ultra-tasty recipe ("Pure happiness!")

A cake that could easily be covered with lemon icing for an even more tangy taste . To do this, in a bowl, mix the juice of 1/2 lemon and 100g of icing sugar (the icing should be almost solid). Then once the cake is cooked, unmold it as soon as it comes out of the oven and apply the icing and some lemon zest to the surface for decoration. Let cool and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lemons
  • 120g softened butter
  • 120g flour
  • 120g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 11g baking powder

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the softened butter with the sugar and the eggs. Add the flour and baking powder previously mixed together.
  • Pour the juice of the lemons and the zest collected using a microplane into the device. Stir. Pour into the mould. Bake for 20 minutes. After cooking, unmold the cake.
