The raclette season , we were eagerly awaiting it. After the bikini season , this is the only season that we expect from firm feet. And who says raclette says chalet atmosphere and that, we love. It is also the best way to escape our morale at half mast, linked to the days which get shorter as the days pass. Get up when it's dark and coming home when it's dark is clearly depressing . But that's without counting on the winter dinners that make our hearts feel better. And a winter dinner is not one if there is no raclette or fondue .
To feel on vacation winter before its time, what could be better than heading to restaurants who offer succulent raclettes ? For practical reasons , making raclettes at home is not always the best solution. Indeed, after a squeegee, even after airing for hours, a strong smell cheese persists and frankly, it's not very pleasant.
