30-day challenges, do they actually work?
Whether you want a six pack, meditate more often or want to cut sugar from your diet, there is a 30-day challenge for everything. But does such a challenge make sense?

This is the trap challenge…
On the first day, run up and down the stairs (12 steps) and increase the frequency every day to 30 times in a row by the end of the month. After day 7 you no longer have to run, you will also feel your thighs, calves and buttocks while walking.
The benefits
The stair challenge is not only a powerful workout, it also gives your fitness and fat burning a boost. Tip:motivate your colleagues and do the challenge together at work.
