Do you think 20 seconds of planking is hell? How about more than 8 hours? The 62-year-old American George Hood succeeded, who broke the world record with this.
The former soldier managed to plank for no less than 8 hours, 15 minutes and 15 seconds. According to the Guinness World Records, he is the first in the world to succeed.

To achieve this, he trained more than seven hours a day for the past eighteen months. But he didn't stop at planking, he also did 700 pushups, 2,000 situps and 500 leg exercises a day. And all this under the guidance of a coach and music by Van Halen and Rammstein to help him through the difficult moments.
Hood wants to use his record attempt to draw attention to mental health.
