As fun and trendy as your running shoes are, use them only for running. If you also wear them outside of running, they will wear out faster.

You have reached your running goal. Come on, shoes off. Not so fast! It is better to untie the laces first. Putting on and taking off your shoes with the laces still tied can stretch your shoe.
Your running shoes will often get wet, if not from the Dutch rain, or from the sweat. Do not leave them in your bag, but air them. Remove the insoles if necessary. Do not place them too close to the heating.
If you run several times a week, switch between two pairs of shoes. This way they can dry and air well between walking.
