Heidy:“Strength training contributes to our health and hormone balance. Yet women are often afraid of becoming "masculine" and "unappealing" when they do strength training. But that is not necessary. It actually gives you a nice, strong body.”
Christina:“Another reason to do strength training:as you get older, you lose muscle mass. That is, if you are not active.”
Heidy:“Strength training doesn't always mean lifting heavy weights in the weight room. You can also get started with your own body weight. It is nothing less than training with resistance.”
