The cherry clafoutis, this star dessert of our childhood, is synonymous with summers that we never want to see disappear. Recipe:how to make Cyril Lignac's cherry clafoutis?

- Recipe for 4 people
You will need:
- 400g washed, dried and hulled cherries
- 200g flour
- 4 eggs
- 150g of sugar
- 50cl of milk
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 2 tbsp. kirsch
- Butter for the mold
Stages of preparing Cyril Lignac's cherry clafoutis
Preparation steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Butter the mold generously.
- Pit the cherries if you wish (the cooking will take a little longer).
- In a bowl, pour the eggs, mix them, add the sugar, part of the flour and the salt, mix, pour part of the milk, pour the rest of the milk and flour, mix. Flavor with the kirsch.
- Place the cherries in the cake dish and pour the mixture over them. Bake for 35 minutes.
