Breathing is the basis of all relaxation, it slows down and stops the flow of thoughts. Sophrologists give us advice on how to relax and finally fall asleep!
How to use Belly Breathing
1) Lie down comfortably on your back, legs extended, arms along your body.

2) From the sensation of the air on the skin of our face.
3) Air entering through our nostrils.
4) From the movement of our ribs around the lungs.
5) We put a hand on our stomach and wait for it to move to the rhythm of our breathing.
6) We lengthen the expiration.
7) We start counting:1 we inhale… 2 we exhale, longer and longer
8) To be repeated about thirty times.
9) We take our favorite sleeping position and give it a try!
Still there ? After relaxing, we break the rhythm!
Rather than lengthening our exhalation, we release the air from our lungs in a short but dynamic way! After a series of 6 breaths, we let our breathing rhythm return to its calm and natural rhythm.
Fatigue is felt ? So we yawn. Yawn soothes and relaxes so we take advantage of it!
