Motivation is sometimes hard to find when you resume sport after a break:either you go too hard, you get disgusted quickly or you get injured, or you go in lazy mode and you don't do much . To avoid giving up and to (re)learn how to have fun while moving, host Karine Le Marchand has created Smilesrun, an application for beginner runners who want personalized support. She imagined and realized it with sports professionals (such as sports coach Jonathan Tryoen) and health professionals (sports doctors, cardiologists, gynecologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and psychologists).
The training is very personalized. On the menu:5 training programs (10 levels each) are offered on the Smilesrun application to support "overweight people", "over 40s", "young mothers", "young people aged 16 to 25 years old", and "those who want to lose 5 kg".
"Reintroduce fun and joy into sport, get out of conventional sporting events and competition, encourage
a whole population to move, for themselves... and for a good cause", explains Karine Le Marchand, who embodies this application in its content of videos, photos, for all warm-up and stretching and sheathing exercises. And it's free!
