A bra capable of detecting breast cancer has been invented

Despite a decrease in the number of women affected by breast cancer, this disease still affects one in nine women in France, with approximately 54,000 new cases annually, according to an INCA report in 2016. Research therefore continues in order to overcome this disease and a young Mexican could well have revolutionized the prevention sector, as far as breast cancer is concerned. Julián Ríos Cantú began his research at the age of 13. Four years later, he developed the
Eva bra, capable of detecting the appearance of breast cancer. Not bad right?

A connected system

If it is not super pretty, the Eva bra should be able to save lives, thanks to a simple operation. In the fabric of the underwear are installed touch sensors that "map" the surface of the breasts. They are thus able to analyze three types of changes:temperature, texture and color of the skin. The data is stored on our smartphone via an application connected to the bra. If the changes persist, a message is sent to our phone recommending that we go see a doctor as soon as possible. Easier, we haven't found. Congratulations to this young genius! We hope that the Eva bra will be marketed as soon as possible.
