Avoidable kilos

When you are standing, more muscles are used, which explains a greater energy expenditure. Yes, but here it is, working standing up is not necessarily possible for everyone... So what to do? Already, we are getting into the habit of taking regular breaks and taking the opportunity to get up, to walk a little (for example to get a glass of water), we take the stairs instead of the elevator and above all , outside working hours, we avoid sitting down as soon as we get home.
