Many sports clubs and schools offer trial lessons. Give up on it. Perhaps you will discover a gym that turns out to suit you even better.

Sport switch
Go with a friend who practices a completely different sport. Fun and educational. Next week you will take her with you during your workout.

Change
Occasionally change is good for your body. Afterwards, you may feel muscles you didn't know you could feel. You will not suffer from rut.

Adventure
See every new sport and workout as an adventure. You can learn a lot from it. Use the knowledge of different sports instructors to learn more and more about training, the body and different sports.
